TERMS OF SERVICE FOR HAIR COLOR SERVICES

1. Services and Pricing: Salon East employs the VISH salon scale, a cutting-edge technology that measures the precise quantity of color or product used for each service. The cost for Colour Technical services is thus calculated based on the exact weight of the color products used. Factors influencing the quantity include the application technique selected, hair length, thickness, and density.
2. Fairness and Transparency: Our utilization of the VISH salon scale guarantees fair, equal, and transparent pricing for all clients, irrespective of their gender identification. We firmly believe in maintaining a salon environment where everyone is treated with fairness and respect.
3. Payment: The cost of the color products used will be added to your total bill at the end of your appointment. Any additional services or products requested during the appointment will be charged separately.
4. Appointments: Please book your appointments in advance to ensure availability. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, therefore, we allow for appointment rescheduling, subject to the week’s availability.
5. Limitations: Please note that Salon East reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We also retain the right to change our service offerings, prices, and terms of service without prior notice.

By booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of service.

TERMS OF SERVICE FOR PACKAGE OFFERS

1. Eligibility: This offer is available to all clients of our salon. It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
2. Service Inclusions: The $99 Salon Package includes a single process color service, a hair treatment, and a blow-dry with select stylists. Shall you chose to use this package with a senior stylist, $99 will go toward their level pricing for the exact same service offering. Any additional services will be charged separately at regular rates.
3. Appointment Booking: Appointments for the package should be scheduled in advance. While we allow rescheduling within the week of the original appointment, availability cannot be guaranteed.
4. Package Purchase: Clients may purchase multiple packages but these must be used within the year of purchase. The packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Payment: Full payment for the package is required at the time of purchase. We accept several payment methods including credit card, debit card, and cash.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of that package use.
7. Salon’s Rights: The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not respecting our facilities, staff, or other clients. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue this package at any time without prior notice.
8. Guarantee: While we strive to provide excellent service and satisfaction, we cannot guarantee specific results due to variations in individual hair type, condition, and color history.
9. Health & Safety: Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service. We are not responsible for any damage to health or property if we have not been informed in advance.
10. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
