JoAnn is the heart of Salon East. She’s a salon owner, educator, and Board Certified Master Hair Colorist with decades of experience helping women feel more confident in their hair. She is known for her eye for color, her calm, grounded presence, and her passion for education.
Paul Gustafson
Co-Owner & Business Manager
Paul plays a key role in the Salon East story, helping to grow the brand from its Hamptons roots to Naples. He focuses on the business side—operations, marketing, and long-term growth—so the salon floor can stay centered on artistry, education, and guest care.
